Last week we were fantastic at applying our understanding of shapes and coordinates. I wonder who could earn 5 bonus dojo points for finding the correct coordinates for a b and c?
Can you explain to someone at home how you worked it out or write an explanation in your comment?
I will also give you an extra 5, if you can tell me what is special about a rectangle compared to other regular shapes!
Mr Lyons
A=(10,6)
B=(16,6)
C=(16,3)
A rectangle hasn’t got all equal sides
A=(10, 6); B=(16, 6); C=(16, 3)
A rectangle is different to any other regular shape because it has two equal sides and two different sides. It is a 4-sided flat shape with straight sides where opposite sides are parallel and of equal length. A square is a special type of rectangle.
A=(10,6)
B=(16,6)
C=(16,3)
A={10,6}
B={16,6}
C={16,3}
A=(10,6)

I explained how to work out a , b and c to my Mum and Dad .
A rectangle is different to any other regular shape because not all of the sides are equal .
