  1. Today I have learnt that the moon takes roughly 30 days to
orbit the Earth and there are 365 days in a year.

  2. Today we learnt that the suns energy comes from its core and it takes 8 minutes to travel to earth. We also learnt that we can see the moon in the night and day sky because the sun reflects of the moon as it orbits the earth, which makes the moon visible to us in day and night. The suns core is also 15 million degrees C or 27 million degrees F.

  3. Today I learnt that the moon takes roughly 30 days in a month to orbit the earth and there are 365 days in a year. Also you can see the moon in the daytime as well as the night time. Plus it only takes 8 minutes for the suns light to get to the earth, the energy comes from the core of the sun (which is also a star ) and takes about 100 years to get to the surface of the sun. The favourite part of the lesson was watching the links and finding out interesting, new facts about the sun, earth and the moon.

  4. Today I learnt that the energy (Heat) from the sun’s core takes 100 years to get out of the sun and 8 minutes to get 15
150,000,000KM (the distance from the sun to the earth). My the favourite part of the lesson was learning about the heat getting to earth because it was very interesting.

  5. I have learnt today that it takes the moon a whole month (on average 30 days) to travel around the earth, that you can see the moon during the day and not just the night and that it takes only 8 minutes for the suns light to travel 15 million km to get to earth, the energy comes from the core of the sun (which is a star) and the energy takes about 100 years to get to the surface of the sun. My favourite and best part of the lesson was finding out lots of interesting new facts about the sun, earth and moon. I loved this lesson about space.

  6. I have learnt that the Sun’s core energy takes 100 years to get to the surface of the Sun. The best part of the lesson was watching the videos and learning new facts about the Earth, Sun and Moon.

  7. I have learnt that the sun’s core energy takes 100 years to get to the surface of the sun. The best part of the lesson was watching the videos and learning new things about the Moon,Sun and Earth.

  8. we have leaned that the moon takes about 1month to orbit the earth and the center of the sun is is the called the core

  9. I enjoyed learning about the sun and how quickly light travels to Earth. I also found it interesting to learn about why the moon shines.

  10. Me and Emma had so much fun learning about space, we learnt a lot more. There is 365 days in a year. 30 days for the moon to orbit the earth. There is 24 hours in a day.365 days for the earth to orbit the sun .

  11. This lesson was very fun , we leant a lot of things like it takes one month for the moon to travel round the sun.

  12. I thought the lesson was so much fun, because I have learned so many new things. It takes 28-30 days for the moon to orbit the earth and it also takes 28-30 day to become a new moon again.

  13. I thought this lesson was really fun, because even though we are still doing space it feels completely different. I Learned that it takes 28-30 days for the moon to orbit the earth, and that it also takes 28-30 days for a new moon to appear.

  14. I learned that it takes about a month for the moon to orbit the earth.
I also learned how hat the holes in the moon are caused by asteroids.
