		<description><![CDATA[Water can change it&#039;s state as many as six times. It can be in the form of a Solid, liquid or a gas. To change from a solid to a liquid is called melting. To change from a liquid to a solid is called freezing. 
To change from a liquid to a gas, or steam,  is called Evaporation. To change back from a gas to a liquid is called condensation. 
These changes are all caused by temperature. Melting and evaporation is caused by adding heat to the water. Freezing and condensation is caused by taking heat out of the water.]]></description>
